ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We send all of our orders via Australia Post. It is $5.00 for standard shipping & $10.00 for express. Free express shipping for orders over $150.00.
Express allow 1-2 business days from distribution and standard is generally 3-7days.  

Orders processed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days. For all orders placed in the morning (AEST) we will attempt to post your order that afternoon, if placed in the afternoon it will usually be sent the next morning. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday. Orders placed on a New South Wales public holiday will be posted the next business day. (This does not account for high volume periods such as holiday periods or sales).

We will email you a tracking number once your parcel has been sent.

Once your item has been taken by Australia post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping sometimes varies.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, you will get a slip to collect it from the nearest post office, which you will have 10 days to do before it is returned to us.

If it is returned to us, you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of $10.00. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt slips left by your postage service and keep track of the parcel with the reference number we email.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have a flat rate of $15.00AUD for a limited time. Free shipping for international orders over $200.00. We use DHL express & send to the following locations.

New Zealand, Asia, USA & Canada ( 3-10 business days ), Europe ( 5-10 business days ) & all other destinations please allow 5-12business days.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame advised, these are only an estimated guideline and sometimes do take longer. Once your items are handed over to DHL it is in their hands. We will email you a tracking number once it has been sent and you can track it here . White Rabbit Swimwear does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

TAXES & DUTIES – IMPORTANT NOTICE

All applicable taxes, custom fees & duties are to be paid by the customer and differ between countries. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders and White Rabbit Swimwear will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if you products is seized by customs. We ask that before you purchase you check your destination taxes, customs fees & duties aswell as its rules & regulations for importing foreign goods so you are aware of the charges.

If the item was not collected by you & was returned to us, you will be required to pay the full rate of the shipping for re-delivery and the duty tax, fees & duties for re-import of your items. If your duty tax is more than the value of your swimwear, we will abandon the package.  

Under all circumstances we are prohibited by law from making an order as a “gift”. For further information please call the local customs offices.
